see their own data and draw their own conclusions of how these factors are affecting learning? These
are the questions and actions I want to consider and pursue next.
From my observations of collecting wellness data in the classroom, and the performance benefits it has
had in the realm of elite sports, I strongly believe gathering wellness data has the potential for
significant impact on student learning. As a physical educator, I am committed to the health and
wellness of students. I am excited about continuing to pursue this idea, in the hope that I can gather
meaningful data that will help inform my teaching and most importantly improve my students’ learning.
