opportunity to build an ecosystem where MCGM officers, subject
experts, coaches, MCGM teachers, technicians and an on-the-ground
support team work collaboratively to ensure that students are learning.
While our direct intervention may be viewed as a short term solution, the
ecosystem ensures that we eventually build capacity in the teachers
themselves to deliver the content.
The key elements of our program design are illustrated in Figure 3 and
greater details about the structure of the program are in the next section.
